Information you choose to provide
Myrofix may receive your name, phone number, email address, service address or postal code, preferred date, job description, and any photos or videos you choose to share.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review your request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, schedule or provide the requested service, and maintain reasonable business or legal records. Myrofix does not sell your personal information.
Form delivery and attachments
Estimate and booking forms are delivered to Myrofix by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider. Information and attachments submitted through the form are processed by that provider to deliver the request by email. Avoid submitting identification documents, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive information. You may also contact Myrofix directly by email if you prefer not to use the form.
Retention and safeguards
Information is kept only as reasonably necessary for the request, service relationship, invoicing and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held by Myrofix, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact info@myrofix.ca.
